How Message Continuity Works
When your primary mail server is offline, incoming messages are automatically rerouted through Webservio's Mail Bagging system and deposited into each user's Email Continuity account. Your staff logs into a browser-based interface and continues working — sending, receiving, and replying — as if nothing happened. When your server comes back online, everything syncs automatically.
Automatic MX Failover
Mail Bagging captures all inbound messages and routes them to your continuity server when your primary system is unreachable — compatible with Exchange, Sendmail, Postfix, Lotus, and more.
Live Email During Outages
Users access a full browser-based email interface — not just a read-only view. They can send messages using their normal business email addresses. Customers and partners are never aware of the outage.
Automatic Sync on Recovery
Once your server is back online, all messages sent and received during the outage are automatically synchronized. Your mail history remains complete and intact.
